Section 1: Washing, Screening & Feeding Process

1. Mobile Trommel Screen (Model: GTS-1230)

Process Position: The absolute starting point of the production line.

Detailed Function: The raw alluvial gold-bearing matrix is fed directly into the heavy-duty hopper of the GTS-1230. Featuring an industrial-grade drum ($\Phi 1200 \times 3000\text{ mm}$), it easily handles a gross volume of 50 - 60 TPH. Equipped with high-pressure internal water spray bars, it fiercely disintegrates sticky clay and washes the gravel clean.

2. Belt Conveyor (Specification: B650 × 10m)

Process Position: Connected directly to the oversize discharge chute at the tail of the GTS-1230 Trommel.

Detailed Function: This conveyor is custom-engineered to handle the washed barren boulders and river stones. For a 50 TPH alluvial line, these boulders typically account for 30%–50% of the raw feed volume (15-25 TPH).

Capacity Matching: While a narrower B500 belt would choke or spill, the B650 (650mm wide) heavy-duty belt with deep-trough rollers guarantees that jagged, large river stones (10-20 cm) are transported safely without rolling off. The 10-meter length creates a massive stockpile away from the plant, drastically reducing loader frequency and saving on-site fuel costs.

Section 2: Hydraulic Slurry Lifting & Core Concentration Process

3. Slurry Pump (Model: 4x3C-AH)

Process Position: Installed at the discharge outlet of the Trommel screen's bottom collection sump.

Detailed Function: Serving as the robust "circulatory system" of the entire plant, this heavy-duty horizontal slurry pump, matched with a high-power 45 kW motor, continuously lifts the screened fine slurry (

Capacity Matching: At a standard 25%–30% feeding density, the 50 TPH solid capacity creates a total pulp volume of roughly 100 m³/h. The 4-inch inlet and 3-inch outlet of the 4x3C-AH pump perfectly match this volumetric flow. Equipped with high-chromium alloy (Cr27 / ASTM A532 Class III) wet-ends, it offers ultimate resistance against abrasive quartz sands, avoiding unexpected downtime.

 

4. Centrifugal Concentrator (Model: STL-60)

Process Position: The first and primary gravity separation stage, receiving the fine slurry directly pumped by the 4x3C-AH.

Detailed Function: The STL-60 is the premium "Fine Gold Trapper" of the entire system. Utilizing an advanced fluidization water jacket and generating an ultra-high centrifugal force (6G - 100G), it forces heavy free gold particles (especially micro-fine flour gold and flake gold) to settle firmly within the inner stainless steel rotor ribs.

Capacity Matching: It continuously discharges light waste sand as overflow, while securing a highly concentrated crude gold matrix inside the rotor, achieving an unmatched recovery rate for fine-grained alluvial gold.

Section 3: Multi-Stage Tailings Scavenging & Insurance Process

5. Sluice Box (Specification: 1200 × 6000mm)

Process Position: Positioned directly below the tailings overflow discharge of the STL-60 Centrifugal Concentrator.

Detailed Function: This 1.2-meter-wide, 6-meter-long heavy-duty pulsating/fluctuating sluice acts as the secondary safety scavenger. Powered by its 3 kW motor, the active rubber bed plate continuously moves up and down (28-34 strokes/min).

Capacity Matching: It processes 100% of the high-velocity centrifuge tailings. The constant pulsating action prevents heavy black sands (magnetite, ilmenite) from compacting or hardening. This allows any escaped coarser gold grains or stubborn flat gold flakes to easily sink and get caught within the polyurethane riffles, acting as a bulletproof insurance policy against gold loss.

6. Gold Catching Mat (Specification: 1000 × 6000mm, QTY: 3)

Process Position: Placed inline inside the final secondary scavenging tail launder, receiving the slurry leaving the pulsating sluice.

Detailed Function: This serves as the absolute final phase of micro-gold trapping before the barren waste sand leaves the plant footprint.

Capacity Matching: Spanning a total length of 6 meters with a width of 1 meter (perfectly matched with 3 sets of 1m ×1m premium carpets), the mineral slurry is forced to travel in a highly flattened, uniform thin film. This gives suspended micro-fine gold flakes the maximum settling time to entrap themselves inside the premium wear-resistant polypropylene turf fibers, squeezing out the very last drop of value.

 Section 4: Final Upgrading & Cleaning Process

7. Shaking Table (Model: 6S)

Process Position: The independent final refining station of the STAURK production line, operated during the batch clean-up shifts.

Detailed Function: During the clean-up shift, the high-grade crude gold concentrates collected from both the Centrifuge (STL-60) and the Pulsating Sluice are manually washed into the shaking table's feed box.

Capacity Matching: Operating via high-fidelity asymmetrical deck vibrations driven by a 1.1 kW motor on a carborundum surface, it achieves precise gravity stratification. It completely segregates pure gold from heavy black sands. The operator can visually see a striking, bright pure gold line stretching across the concentrate edge, delivering direct, smelt-ready gold concentrates into the collection box.
