1. Product Description
This professional heavy-duty ball mill is specially developed for high-hardness quartz vein gold ore grinding and beneficiation, focusing on solving low crushing capacity, easy equipment wear, insufficient monomer dissociation and unstable grinding effect of ordinary grinding mills when processing high-hard quartz gold ore. Quartz vein gold ore features high rock hardness, dense texture and wrapped fine gold distribution, which puts higher requirements on equipment impact resistance, wear resistance and continuous grinding capacity. Ordinary light-duty mills are prone to insufficient grinding force, long processing cycle and low production output, resulting in incomplete gold dissociation and restricted beneficiation efficiency. This equipment takes heavy-duty impact grinding and high-efficiency dissociation as the core advantage, specially used for coarse and fine grinding of various hard quartz vein gold ores and mixed vein gold minerals. It can be perfectly matched with crushing, screening, classification and gold separation production lines, supporting long-term high-load continuous operation according to different ore hardness and production scale requirements. With thickened wear-resistant cylinder, heavy-duty transmission structure and optimized medium grading configuration, it effectively breaks dense quartz gangue, fully dissociates wrapped gold particles, and provides reliable heavy-duty equipment guarantee for high-efficiency, high-output and stable quartz vein gold ore beneficiation production.
2. Working Principle
The heavy-duty ball mill for quartz vein gold ore adopts heavy impact grinding and layered medium grinding principle, realizing high-load and high-efficiency mineral dissociation for high-hardness quartz vein gold ore. Pre-crushed qualified quartz vein gold ore materials are stably and quantitatively fed into the heavy-duty grinding cylinder through a uniform feeding system. Driven by the heavy-load transmission system, the cylinder rotates stably and drives graded steel ball media to generate powerful impact, crushing and abrasive shearing force. For high-hard quartz gangue and tightly wrapped gold-bearing minerals, the layered grinding media realizes targeted coarse crushing and fine refining, thoroughly breaking dense ore structures and separating gold monomers from quartz gangue. With continuous material turnover and cyclic grinding, the equipment achieves uniform particle size grinding and sufficient mineral dissociation. Through accurate adjustment of rotating speed, feeding volume and medium proportion, the system maintains stable heavy-load grinding state, avoids incomplete dissociation caused by insufficient grinding force, and eliminates unqualified particle size deviation. Finally, uniformly ground fully dissociated ore slurry is stably discharged, achieving one-stop heavy-duty grinding and high-efficiency pretreatment for quartz vein gold ore beneficiation projects.
