Metal-jacketed gaskets, commonly known as steel-jacketed gaskets or metal-jacketed gaskets, are composite-pressed by stamping and wrapping a high-temperature filler core with a thin metal sheet. The outer metal shell provides support, erosion resistance, and fracture prevention, while the internal flexible filler material provides resilient sealing. They are the mainstream flange sealing for high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions, complying with the HG/T20609 standard.
