3. Industrial Line Advantages
Engineered Intake: Crushed mineral ore is continuously introduced into the horizontal cylinder through a custom-fabricated hollow trunnion at a controlled rate.
Precision Lifting Mechanics: As the OEM-balanced drum rotates, internal liners lift the grinding media (steel or ceramic balls). At a calibrated apex, the balls cascade downward to shatter the incoming ore via heavy impact.
Optimized Pulverization: At the bottom of the shell, the rolling motion of the media continuously grinds the trapped minerals via shearing and attrition (friction).
