This turnkey system includes the variable speed feeders, the horizontal ball mill (wet or dry type), wear-resistant internal liners, premium grinding media, high-capacity slurry pumps, classification equipment (hydrocyclones or vibrating screens), and a centralized PLC automation control system.

3. Industrial Line Advantages
Regulated Feeding: The automated system constantly monitors and feeds a precise ratio of crushed ore and process water into the ball mill to maintain the ideal slurry density.
Impact & Friction Grinding: Inside the rotating horizontal drum, internal liners lift the steel grinding balls. At a specific apex, gravity throws the balls down to shatter the ore via heavy impact, while the rolling motion at the bottom pulverizes it via attrition (friction).
Continuous Hydraulic Discharge: The pressure from the incoming material stream continuously pushes the ground mineral slurry out through the discharge trunnion.
Closed-Loop Separation: The discharged slurry is instantly pumped into hydrocyclones. The system separates the material: oversized coarse particles are directed back into the mill for re-grinding, while the qualified fine mineral slurry flows continuously to downstream flotation or leaching tanks.
