1. Product Overview
Alloy steel pipe is a seamless steel pipe manufactured by adding chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, nickel and other alloy elements into carbon steel base. Compared with carbon steel pipe, it owns outstanding high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, oxidation resistance, creep resistance and low-temperature toughness. It is widely used in high-temperature, high-pressure, corrosive working conditions such as thermal power, petrochemical, boiler and pipeline engineering.
Alloy Strengthening Principle
Alloy elements can refine metal grain, improve matrix strength and hardness, form dense oxidation protective film under high temperature, slow down metal creep deformation at high temperature, and resist erosion by high-temperature steam, oil medium and acid-base medium, so as to extend service life under severe working conditions.
