Product Overview
DEIPA Diethanol Isopropanolamine is a new high-efficiency dedicated grinding and strengthening additive for cement. This DEIPA grinding aid has dual functions of grinding efficiency improvement and early strength enhancement. Industrial-grade DEIPA is suitable for various composite cement grinding processes. It can be used alone or compounded with TIPA, serving as a cost-effective and versatile grinding modifier for the cement industry.
Main Characteristics
Excellent Grinding Effect: DEIPA disperses cement powder agglomeration, reduces grinding resistance, increases mill output and lowers power consumption.
Outstanding Early Strength: This DEIPA grinding aid activates mineral activity, significantly improves 3d early strength and stabilizes 28d later strength of cement.
Strong Compatibility: DEIPA is well compatible with various alkanolamine additives without flocculation or delamination.
High Cost Performance: Effective with low dosage, no negative impact on cement setting time and stability.
Wide Applicability: Industrial DEIPA fits mixed grinding of clinker, slag, fly ash and other materials.
Application Method
Adding Method: Spray quantitatively during the grinding process and mix into the cement grinding system directly.
Standard Dosage: Add 0.01%-0.03% DEIPA stock solution per ton of cement, adjust appropriately according to production formula.
Operation Instruction: Use original solution directly without dilution, can be compounded with TIPA for better performance.
Storage Notice: Store in sealed, cool and dark environment, avoid high temperature to maintain stable activity of DEIPA grinding aid.
