Product Overview
TIPA Triisopropanolamine is a high-end functional alkanolamine additive dedicated for cement. This TIPA is specialized in activating later-stage cement hydration, different from common early-strength amine products. Industrial TIPA integrates grinding dispersion and 28-day strength improvement. It eliminates electrostatic agglomeration and mill coating during grinding, raising mill output and cutting power consumption while stabilizing long-term cement strength. Usable alone or compounded with DEIPA, TIPA helps cement plants reduce clinker dosage and production cost efficiently.

Application Method
Adding Method: Quantitative spray feeding at mill inlet, use stock solution directly without dilution.
Standard Dosage: 0.005%–0.03% of cement weight, adjust TIPA dosage according to clinker formula.
Compound Application: Combine with DEIPA for balanced 3d early strength and 28d late strength for high admixture ratio formula.
Storage Notice: Seal and store in cool dark warehouse, keep away from high temperature and open fire to maintain stable activity of TIPA.
