1. Product Introduction
High Water Recovery: Recovers up to 85%–95% of process water from tailings slurry, drastically reducing freshwater consumption.

2. Working Principle
A Tailings Water Recycling System is an integrated, closed-loop industrial plant designed to separate water from fine mineral waste (tailings) produced during ore processing.
Instead of pumping wet, hazardous slurry into a tailings dam, this system treats the slurry on-site, returning clean water directly to the processing plant and compressing the solid waste into manageable, dry cakes.
Core Modules:
High-Rate Thickener: The primary stage for rapid solid-liquid separation and initial water recycling.
Chemical Dosing System: Automatically prepares and injects flocculants to clump fine particles.
Deep Dewatering Equipment: High-efficiency Chamber Filter Presses or Decanter Centrifuges for final mud squeezing.
Water Storage & Distribution Tank: Collects clarified water for immediate reuse in production.
3. Industrial Line Advantages
Flocculation & Thickening: Raw tailings slurry is mixed with flocculants in a central feedwell. The fine particles clump together and settle rapidly to the bottom of a Thickener, while the first batch of clean water overflows from the top back into the factory.
Pressure Filtration (Dewatering): The concentrated mud from the bottom of the thickener is pumped into a Filter Press. Extreme mechanical pressure forces out the remaining trapped water.
Closed-Loop Reuse: The squeezed-out water is combined with the thickener overflow and recycled back to the mineral processing circuit. The remaining ultra-dry tailings cakes are safely transported for dry stacking or backfilling.
