Product Overview
This TIBP defoamer is a Factory direct biotechnology solution for industrial biological supporting system, refined via composite stabilization modification of Factory direct biotechnology fulvic acid. Liquid raw material can be formulated into Brown powder fully soluble water compound powder form. TIBP, namely triisobutyl phosphate, is premium organophosphorus core defoaming material. TIBP outperforms silicone defoamers with superior chemical resistance and wider compatibility. TIBP is widely applied in construction, coating, textile, papermaking and oilfield industries. TIBP is highly purified in factory with stable purity and low color value, available in drum and bulk packaging for large chemical bulk procurement.
Basic Functions
Foam Breaking & Suppression: Brown powder fully soluble water compound TIBP ruptures foam membrane instantly to eliminate stirring foam and prevent re-foaming for continuous production. Synergized by Factory direct biotechnology fulvic acid, it doubles defoaming efficiency in high-viscosity systems.
Construction Material Matching: TIBP works well with PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer, removes concrete mixing foam, reduces component pores and improves compactness and surface finish, ideal for dry mortar and gypsum slurry.
Light Industry & Chemicals: TIBP eliminates process foam in waterborne coatings, textile dyeing and papermaking black liquor, ensures uniform coating and dyeing to raise yield rate. Factory direct biotechnology solution simplifies formula blending with integrated auxiliary matching.
Oilfield & Refining: High temperature and pressure resistant TIBP eliminates foam in drilling fluid and circulating lube oil, stabilizes oil pressure and heat exchange to extend service life.
