Basic Information
Sodium Lignosulfonate MN, short for dispersant MN, eco-friendly anionic dispersant MN from natural raw materials, feed binder grade MN, concrete water reducing grade MN. Modified and refined from natural plant lignin, Sodium Lignosulfonate MN appears as brown powder with good water solubility. As green dispersant MN, it acts as dye stabilizing agent MN and carrier for pesticide wettable powder MN. It resists hard water and electrolyte, non-toxic and biodegradable, suitable for textile, pesticide, concrete, feed and ceramic industries, being low-cost eco industrial auxiliary MN.
Product Overview
Sodium Lignosulfonate MN is an anionic polymer auxiliary modified from renewable agricultural and forest lignin. Its molecular structure adsorbs and coats solid particles to form electrostatic repulsion layer, preventing particle agglomeration, sedimentation and delamination. Made from agricultural by-products, it is pollution-free and biodegradable, integrating dispersion, bonding, water reduction and chelation functions. With good salt and hard water resistance and wide compatibility, it can compound with naphthalene dispersants to boost efficiency for textile dyeing, pesticide suspension, concrete water reduction, feed granulation and ceramic bonding.

Usage Method
1.Dissolution: Fully soluble in clean water under room temperature stirring, no heating required
2.Reference Dosage: 1%~3% for textile dyeing; 3%~8% for pesticide wettable powder; 0.2%~0.8% for concrete; 2%~5% for feed bonding
3.Feeding Process: Add directly during grinding or mixing, pre-dissolution brings better dispersion performance
4.Storage: Seal tightly in cool and dry warehouse, keep away from moisture; slight caking can be crushed for normal use
