Product Overview
This PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer is Factory direct biotechnology solution, a factory-origin construction biochemical material solution. It is refined via composite modification technology of Factory direct biotechnology fulvic acid, and the powder version is Brown powder fully soluble water with high solubility brown powder appearance. PCE is the third-generation core high-performance concrete admixture. PCE owns stronger dispersion capacity with optimized molecular structure compared with naphthalene-based water reducers. PCE applies to infrastructure, precast building materials and municipal flooring. PCE is mass-produced in factory with stable solid content, supporting bulk procurement for large construction sites.
Basic Functions
Water Reduction & Plasticization: Brown powder fully soluble water PCE dissolves instantly to break cement flocculation, cut mixing water and improve concrete fluidity for smooth pumping. Modified by Factory direct biotechnology fulvic acid, PCE provides longer-lasting dispersion effect.
Strength Improvement: PCE reduces water-binder ratio and accelerates cement hydration. Early-strength PCE raises 1-day compressive strength to advance precast demolding and save mold cost.
Wide Compatibility: As Factory direct biotechnology solution integrated material matching system, PCE works with Portland cement, slag powder and silica fume, applicable for dry mortar, self-leveling and grout under high & low temperature.
Durability Protection: Chloride-free and low-alkali PCE prevents steel corrosion, enhances concrete frost resistance, impermeability and carbonization resistance to extend structure service life.
