NNO Product Description
Basic Information
Dispersant NNO is an anionic dispersant of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. NNO is a widely used general diffusion material in industrial production. Refined through sulfonation and condensation, dispersant NNO features high purity and low impurity content. With electrostatic repulsion to prevent particle agglomeration, NNO is widely applied in textile printing, ceramic grinding, cement building materials, pesticide and fertilizer granulation. Resistant to acid, alkali, hard water and high temperature, dispersant NNO mixes well with various ionic additives. NNO is an economical and essential chemical auxiliary for dye leveling, material grinding and slurry plasticizing.
Product Overview
Dispersant NNO is light yellow loose powder with excellent cold-water solubility, forming clear and stable solution without residue. Its polymer chain adheres firmly to the surface of dyes, ceramic powder and cement particles to form charged protective layers, breaking agglomerates and preventing re-flocculation and sedimentation. Dispersant NNO maintains stable performance under high-temperature dyeing and grinding, improving dye dispersion, ceramic fineness and mortar fluidity. Non-corrosive and non-toxic, NNO resists moisture caking under sealed storage, suitable for long-term continuous mass production with low overall cost.

Application Methods
Textile printing and dyeing: Add dispersant NNO in dye vat to split dye aggregates, eliminate color spots and uneven shade, and enhance color fastness.
Ceramic raw material grinding: Put NNO into ball mill to disperse clay particles, raise grinding efficiency and improve compactness and smoothness of ceramic green body.
Cement and mortar preparation: Mix NNO with cement raw materials to disperse cement grains, optimize workability and reduce slurry bleeding.
Pesticide and fertilizer granulation: Dissolve NNO to disperse active ingredients, prevent sedimentation and guarantee stable granulation and spraying effect.
