Servo type aerated
1. Working principle
The following flow type gas mixing equipment must have at least two gas sources. One of them is the active gas source, and the other (or more) gas sources adjust the flow through the regulating valve and cooperate with the active gas source to form a gas mixing equipment. Through processes such as flow calculation, signal transmission and feedback, command regulation, and proportion correction, the mixing of two or more gas sources is achieved.
LPG and AIR or other gas mixing in proportion, can be used as a spare AIR supply to meet user needs.
2. Technical features
▲The flow-following gas mixing equipment can automatically change according to the gas consumption without the need to place a buffer device.
▲It has a strong tolerance to impurities, calorific value, pressure, temperature and flow fluctuations in the gas.
▲By adopting the method of flow following and continuous correction and regulation, the air mixing accuracy is high.
▲The entire system operates quickly and accurately, with high gas mixing accuracy, high uniformity rate, and the ability to achieve multi-proportion and pressure mixing.
