Product Description
1. Working Principle
The vaporizer is equipped with a coaxial heat exchange tube bundle. The saturated steam in the inner tube heats the condensate water flowing in the opposite direction in the outer tube during its upward movement. The condensate water in the outer tube then evenly transfers heat to the LPG outside the tube bundle (in the shell side) at a relatively mild temperature. After absorbing heat, the liquid LPG vaporizes and becomes superheated. After passing through the filter to remove the heavy components, it is input into the pipeline network. Steam is usually saturated steam with a pressure of 0.2 to 0.3MPa.
The steam heating series vaporizer adopts a liquid vaporization method. During operation, there is usually a certain level of liquid LPG in the vaporizer. The LPG level will automatically rise and fall to seek to increase or decrease the contact area with the steam tube bundle, thereby adapting to the changes in gas consumption.
