CNG DECOMPRESSION SKID Product Description
1. Working principle
CNG is a process where natural gas from pipeline transportation or gas Wells is filtered, desulfurized, and dehydrated, and then compressed (at 20Mpa) into CNG high-pressure transport skids. The skids then transport the compressed natural gas to gas-consuming units where the gas pipeline network cannot be temporarily laid. Through processes such as unloading, filtration, heat exchange (above the second stage), pressure regulation, metering, and deodorization, natural gas of appropriate pressure is delivered to gas users. The process of reducing the pressure of high-pressure natural gas is an endothermic process. If the heat exchange is insufficient, frost or ice blockage will occur in the pipeline, seriously affecting the safety of the pressure reduction equipment and the pressure reduction process. Therefore, heat exchange must be carried out before pressure reduction. Depending on the on-site conditions, options such as hot water heat exchange, electric heating heat exchange, and steam heating heat exchange can be selected.
