This double-hole tungsten carbide round rod is a solid cemented carbide cylinder with two parallel straight coolant through holes on the end face, with mirror polished outer circular surface. It is the exclusive raw blank for manufacturing gun drills, deep hole internal coolant drills, and precision high-temperature deep hole cutting tools.

  • Optional Alloy Grades: YG6X, YG8, YG10X, ultra-fine grain cutting tool carbide

  • Production Flow: WC-Co powder cylindrical pressing → HIP high-temperature sintering → Precision outer cylindrical grinding → Double parallel deep hole drilling → Outer circle mirror polishing

  • Structural Feature: Two evenly distributed straight coolant holes, consistent wall thickness between holes and outer circle, smooth unobstructed coolant circulation channel
