The vacuum sealing machine melts the plastic through the frictional heat generated at the contact surfaces of the two components to be welded. The heat comes from the movement of one component on the surface of the other, with a certain displacement or amplitude, under a certain pressure. Once the desired heat sealing degree is reached, the vibration stops, while still applying a certain pressure to the two components to cool and solidify the newly sealed part, thus forming a tight bond. This is an industrial machine that completes heat sealing packaging based on the size of the components (heat sealing area), with different current outputs and power-on times selected according to the size of the components, and then completes the heat sealing packaging under the condition of cooling and pressure.
It is widely used in various industries for product packaging. It is mainly used for heat sealing packaging of vacuum plastic shells and paper cards, suitable for various exquisite toys, stationery, batteries, food, daily necessities, and small tools, to seal the packaging items, preventing moisture, making the products clear and transparent, beautiful, and enhancing the product grade.
II. Performance and Features
1. The sealing procedure and effect of this product are similar to those of the high-frequency machine, but for this machine, there is no interference with household appliances and wireless devices, and it does not cause any damage to the human body.
2. It can be used for sealing packaging of PVC vacuum plastic parts and paper cards of different shapes. After packaging, the products are clear, transparent, beautiful, and elegant.
