Ultrasonic waves are generated by an oscillation circuit to produce high-frequency signals, which are then converted into mechanical energy (i.e., high-frequency mechanical vibration energy with a frequency beyond the human ear's audible threshold) by a transducer. This energy is transmitted to the plastic workpiece through the welding head. With vibrations of hundreds of thousands of times per second and pressure, the joint surface of the plastic workpiece is melted after intense friction. After the vibration stops, the brief pressure maintained on the workpiece causes the two welded parts to solidify into one through molecular bonding. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second, and the obtained welding strength can be comparable to that of the original body. Ultrasonic plastic welding machines can be used for butt welding of thermoplastics, as well as for processing technologies such as riveting, spot welding, embedding, and cutting. The size and shape of the mold are designed according to the appearance of the product.
Ultrasonic plastic welding is to generate high-voltage and high-frequency signals of 20KHz (or 15KHz) by the generator. Through the transducer system, the signals are converted into high-frequency mechanical vibrations, which are applied to the plastic workpiece. Through the friction on the workpiece surface and between molecules, the temperature transmitted to the interface rises. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface melts rapidly and then fills the gaps between the interfaces. When the vibration stops, the workpiece is cooled and shaped under a certain pressure at the same time, thus achieving perfect welding. Welding scope: toy industry, stationery industry, household appliance industry, electronics industry, food industry, communication industry, transportation industry, aerospace, etc.

Main structure of the equipment and component brands
1, Transducer system: It uses Japanese original crystal transducers and Japanese famous brand steel horn. It has strong power, is sturdy and wear-resistant, and has 20% higher power than similar domestic transducer systems.
2, Pneumatic components: It uses well-known brand large-diameter cylinders Φ63*80MM—20, five-way solenoid valves. It runs smoothly up and down, has a good buffer effect, eliminates the impact force of the welding head on the workpiece and the recoil force on the transducer, and is more conducive to welding relatively precise workpieces and effectively protecting the piezoelectric ceramic plates. This machine is equipped with a precise fine-tuning mechanism, and the fine-tuning distance can be precise to 0.02mm, and there is an instrument indication. Both the height of the machine body and the descending distance of the welding head have scale indications, with an accuracy of 1.0mm;
3、Rack: The unique rectangular column design provides higher mechanical strength, effectively avoiding the backward tilting phenomenon during operation. All the rack sheet metals are processed by laser cutting machines and CNC plate shearing and bending machines, ensuring excellent assembly fit of the whole machine. The whole machine is fully painted, with good adhesion, no peeling, and an elegant appearance.
4、Motion structure: The equipment uses well - known Taiwan linear slide rails with extremely high precision (uncomparable to the traditional guide rods with linear bearings). They are also strong and wear - resistant, making the welding head descend more smoothly and accurately, which is more conducive to welding relatively precise products.
5、Balancing mechanism: The transducer assembly can be rotated freely, and the transducer assembly is equipped with a horizontally adjustable structure. The workbench is also equipped with an adjustable structure. These two adjustment structures make it more convenient and faster to adjust the mold, easy to operate and learn.
6、Electrical system: The whole set is assembled with high - quality imported components. The power amplifier part has an improved design, with an additional amplification component to share the load, reducing the temperature rise of the triode and the damage rate. There is no program control board design. The mechanical time dial switch is replaced by a Japanese OMRON time relay, making the time control more accurate and reliable.
