Heat shrink packaging is one of the more advanced packaging methods in the market at present. It uses shrink film to wrap around the product or package. The heat shrink packaging machine of Shenzhen Huashi Packaging & Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. uses far-infrared rays for direct heating. It has electronic stepless speed change, which is stable and reliable. Equipment features
It uses far-infrared tubes for heating, which is energy-saving and efficient (saving more than 15% of energy); the shrinkage temperature and the motor transmission speed are stable and controllable, with a wide adjustment range, and there is an instrument display. It has an original drum self-rotation device and can work continuously. This product has the characteristics of advanced design, stable and reliable performance, energy-saving and high efficiency, good shrinkage effect, novel and beautiful structure, convenient operation and maintenance, etc., and can be suitable for the shrink packaging of any shrink film.
Operation steps
A. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, start the conveyor belt. The machine preheats for about 5 minutes. Turn on the fan switch (Note: When the machine is in working state, the fan switch must be turned on). At this time, according to the thickness of the shrink film, adjust the temperature of the upper and lower chambers, the adjustment knob, and the conveying speed. After debugging to meet the usage requirements, shrink packaging can be carried out.
B. In actual operation, if there are too many wrinkles on the packaged item after shrinkage, the conveying speed can be reduced or the heating temperature can be increased. On the contrary, if there is over-shrinkage, the temperature can be reduced or the conveying speed can be increased.
C. After the operation is completed, first turn off the heating switch, let the conveyor motor and the hot air motor continue to run for about 5 - 10 minutes, and then cut off the entire power supply.
