The 1220nm narrowband infrared filter uses BK7 optical glass and fused silica as two kinds of high transmittance substrates, and uses ion assisted deposition of multilayer media hard film coating. The film has excellent adhesion, temperature resistance and moisture resistance, and is not easy to peel off and wavelength shift during long-term work. It is suitable for stable use of various industrial and laboratory equipment. The product has outstanding optical performance, with a peak transmittance of over 82% in the 1220nm center band and a bandwidth of 10-50nm that can be adjusted as needed. The cut-off depth for visible light, ultraviolet, and unrelated infrared stray light reaches OD4 to OD6, effectively isolating environmental stray light and improving equipment detection accuracy and imaging signal-to-noise ratio.

The lens supports customization of circular, square, and irregular shapes, with strict tolerances for size and thickness processing. The polished smooth surface is delicate and free of scratches and defects, with low spectral loss under oblique incidence conditions and strong angle adaptability. It is widely used in near-infrared spectroscopy detection, fiber optic gas sensing, material moisture detection, laser detection, precision analysis instruments and other scenarios, accurately extracting 1220nm characteristic infrared signals.
