LP510 Long-wave Pass Filter, High-pass Filter, High-steepness Deep-cutoff Industrial Visual Research Optical Lens
Our factory specializes in producing LP510 long-wave pass filters. The substrate can be made of optical float glass, quartz, or sapphire. The standard model is JB510, with a cutoff threshold of 510nm. It deeply cuts off ultraviolet and blue-violet light below 510nm, while allowing high transmittance of visible and near-infrared light above 510nm. The transmittance can reach over 90%, with an OD value of the cutoff region of ≥4, and excellent stray light suppression effect. The lenses are coated with precision hard and anti-reflective films on both sides, which are resistant to wear and wiping, laser damage, and have strong temperature adaptability. The film layers do not fall off or delaminate under high and low temperature environments. The size can be customized according to needs, including round, square, and shaped thin films. Thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 5mm can be processed.
The product is widely compatible with equipment across multiple fields, including medical aesthetic skin rejuvenation, hair removal beauty instruments, fluorescence biological detection, laboratory spectral analysis, industrial machine vision recognition, laser ranging, microscope imaging, and optical detection equipment. It effectively filters interference stray light, enhancing imaging clarity and detection accuracy. We support small-batch sample testing and large-batch ready-to-ship supply.
