The 515nm notch filter is a precision band-stop optical element, crafted using ion beam sputtering multi-layer hard coating technology. It utilizes high-flatness substrates such as BK7 and UV fused silica, specifically developed for scenarios involving 515nm green laser suppression. The product achieves deep blocking of the 515nm wavelength band, with a cut-off depth reaching OD4-OD6. The stopband is narrow and the spectral edge is steep, allowing for the complete filtering of argon ion laser light and 515nm excitation stray light, effectively avoiding the issue of excitation light masking weak signals. The average transmittance in the passband exceeds 92%, while the transmission loss in other visible and near-infrared wavelength bands is extremely low, significantly enhancing the signal-to-noise ratio of equipment imaging and detection.
