Fiber Diameter Detection Equipment (Desktop Type). This equipment is a single-flux automated detection device, suitable for enterprises with a small amount of detection. It can automatically analyze the scanned images in the background, extract each fiber, use artificial intelligence technology to calculate the fiber content and diameter, and automatically conduct qualitative and quantitative detection. It is applicable to natural and non-natural fibers. Moreover, it supports cloud storage services, allowing inspectors to conduct remote access and review without working in the laboratory. It supports the modification of each fiber type and automatically issues detection reports, greatly saving labor costs.
Fiber Diameter Detection Equipment (Desktop Type) The product workflow is as follows:
· Sample preparation stage: Laboratory technicians make fiber slide samples according to the standard process.
· Scanning stage: Put the prepared slide samples into the equipment. The equipment will automatically identify and scan the slide position, and convert the physical slide information into high-precision digital slide information.
· Data processing: The digital slide information is automatically uploaded to the background server. The system uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze all scanned images, extract and identify the fiber components therein.
Scope of application:
It can measure the diameter of natural and non-natural fibers, such as glass fibers, animal hair fibers, bamboo fibers, carbon fibers, basalt fibers, as well as samples of superfine fiber cotton, minerals, etc., and analyze the data.
Main functions:
Fiber diameter calculation: AI automatically measures the diameter of the samples. It can accurately measure the diameter regardless of the complex samples and environment.
Multi-layer scanning: It supports multi-layer focus scanning to view the image effects of each fiber within different focus ranges.
Multi-person remote review: It supports multiple people to review the same fiber simultaneously through the cloud. The reports are more accurate. As long as there is an Internet connection and a computer, you can work.
Data cloud storage: All data from the inspection process is stored in the cloud, without loss and can be viewed at any time.
Fading light scanning: Dark samples do not need to be faded, presenting the same effect as after fading.
Automatic report: Automatically generate statistical reports from the measured data without manual participation. You can see the report results in as fast as 5 minutes.
Our advantages:
1. It can measure the diameter of each fiber in a bundle of fibers, and the measured data is more than 10,000 fibers
2. Remove interference items. Algorithms automatically filter out contaminated, broken, stacked, impure, and other fibers that do not participate in data calculation
3. For situations such as fiber bridging, crossing, and bending, only the diameter of the straight and normal parts of the fiber will be calculated, and the situations that may affect the data will be removed.
4. The error of multiple measurement results for a bundle of fibers is within 0.2um to ensure the consistency of the data.
5. The report will show the distribution of each fiber with an interval of 0.1μm.
6. Support secondary manual review of all fibers to view/modify the diameter measurement data of each fiber.
