Fiber powder length automatic detection equipment uses artificial intelligence technology to measure the diameter and length of powdery fibers. It can find each fiber in the scanned digital image and automatically measure the length and diameter of the fibers. By using artificial intelligence to analyze the diameter of each fiber, you can view the diameter/length distribution of the fibers and the clear surface condition of the fibers. The measurement quantity is more than 10,000 fibers. The report results can be obtained in as fast as 3 minutes. It can operate unattended for 24 hours, and a single device can process more than 400 samples per day. It supports inputting parameters such as aspect ratio, diameter/length D90 and D10 distribution, and supports report export to view the distribution of diameter and length.
Fiber powder length automatic detection equipment The product workflow is as follows:
· Sample preparation stage: Laboratory technicians prepare textile fiber slide samples according to the standard process.
· Scanning stage: Put the prepared slide samples into the equipment. The equipment will automatically identify and scan the slide position, and convert the physical slide information into high-precision digital slide information.
· Data processing: The digital slide information is automatically uploaded to the background server. The system uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze all scanned images, extract and identify the fiber components therein.
Scope of application:
It can measure the diameter and length of artificial and natural powdery fibers, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, basalt fiber, alumina fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, quartz fiber, silicon carbide fiber, etc.
Main functions:
24-hour unattended operation: The automatic scanning equipment does not require manual intervention. After putting the prepared samples into the equipment, it will automatically find the slide position, and the scanning throughput supports 240 slides each time.
Fiber length and diameter calculation: AI automatically measures the length and diameter of the samples. It can accurately measure the diameter regardless of the complex samples and environment.
Multi-person remote review: It supports multiple people to review the same fiber simultaneously through the cloud. The report is more accurate. You can work as long as you have an Internet connection and a computer.
Data cloud storage: All inspection process data is stored in the cloud, which will not be lost and can be viewed at any time.
Automatic report: The measured data is automatically generated into a statistical report without manual participation. The report results can be obtained in as fast as 3 minutes.
Secondary review: It supports secondary review on the basis of the automatic report. You can view the morphology of each fiber and the measured diameter and modify the diameter.
