GE IC754CSL12CTD is a 12-inch industrial touch human-machine interface (HMI) of the GE Fanuc (Emerson) QuickPanel Control series. Integrating display, touch control, data acquisition and communication control functions, it adopts an all-in-one compact structure and supports 7×24-hour continuous industrial operation.

Equipped with Intel XScale 400MHz processor, 32MB DRAM and 4MB Flash memory, it features rich communication ports and wide temperature operating adaptability. Native compatible with Proficy Machine Edition configuration software and GE full-series industrial control equipment, it is widely used in automated production lines, water treatment, energy power and environmental protection equipment for on-site visualization monitoring and man-machine interaction.

4. Working Principle


  1. Power-on Initialization: The device completes hardware self-inspection after power-on, loads configuration programs and system firmware, and initializes each functional module to enter monitoring state.

  2. Field Data Collection: Establishes communication with lower-level PLCs and instruments through network ports or serial ports to collect real-time process data and equipment operating status.

  3. Data Processing & Screen Refresh: The built-in processor analyzes and calculates the collected data, and dynamically refreshes the screen process interface, parameter values and trend curves.

  4. Touch Instruction Execution: Converts human touch operations into standard control commands and forwards them to the lower control system to realize equipment start-stop, parameter modification and mode switching.

  5. Data Storage & Alarm Triggering: Automatically saves production data and operation logs, triggers pop-up alarms for abnormal working conditions such as parameter over-limit and equipment faults, and records fault information.
