      Ultrasonic waves generate high-frequency signals through an oscillating circuit, which are then converted into mechanical energy by a transducer (that is, high-frequency mechanical vibration energy beyond the human ear's auditory threshold). This energy is transmitted to the plastic workpiece through the welding head. The vibration of hundreds of thousands of times per second, combined with pressure, causes the joint surface of the plastic workpiece to melt after intense friction. After the vibration stops, the brief pressure maintained on the workpiece allows the two welded parts to solidify into one body in a molecular bonding manner. Generally, the welding time is less than1 second, and the obtained welding strength can be comparable to that of the original body. Ultrasonic plastic welding machines can be used for butt welding of thermoplastic plastics, as well as for processing technologies such as riveting, spot welding, embedding, and cutting. The size and shape of the mold are designed according to the appearance of the product. 

 

The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding is that the generator produces high-voltage and high-frequency signals of20KHz (or15KHz). Through the transducer system, the signals are converted into high-frequency mechanical vibrations and applied to the plastic workpiece.The temperature at the interface rises through the friction between the workpiece surface and the molecules. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface melts rapidly and then fills the gaps between the interfaces. When the vibration stops, the workpiece cools and takes shape under a certain pressure, achieving a perfect weld. Welding scope: toy industry, stationery industry, household appliance industry, electronics industry, food industry, communication industry, transportation industry, aerospace, etc.

4、Motion structure:The equipment uses well - known Taiwanese linear slide rails with extremely high precision (uncomparable to the traditional guide rods with linear bearings), and they are sturdy and wear - resistant, making the welding head descend more smoothly and precisely, which is more conducive to welding relatively precise products.

5、Balance mechanism:The transducer assembly can be rotated freely.
