Scope of application
The vertical vacuum packaging machine is suitable for large packages and products that are not suitable for being inverted, such as rice, plastics, hardware molds, vegetables, fruits and other agricultural and sideline products, oils, etc. for vacuum packaging. This model features a vertical sealing form at the bag mouth, allowing the product's outer packaging (such as barrels and boxes) to be directly placed inside the bag for packaging.
Configuration
Control section
It adopts the microcomputer DC controller independently developed by Shenzhen Huashi Packaging & Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. This system has the advantages of accurate control, strong anti - interference ability, and good stability. All functions can be directly set on the panel without the need to adjust other components.
Electrical section
It uses domestic famous - brand switches, Nanjing Shuangke indicator lights, and is controlled by a DC24V contactless solid - state relay, which avoids the sparks and oxidation generated by contacts and can greatly extend the service life of the machine.
Pneumatic section
Xingchen pneumatic components drive the actions of the air nozzles and sealing, completing the functions of sealing, vacuuming, and sealing.
Machine body section: The outer shell is made of carbon steel with plastic spraying, which has strong anti - corrosion ability. The stainless - steel workbench can be adjusted in height arbitrarily according to the size of the packaged items. The bottom is equipped with brakeable silent casters, allowing the machine to be freely moved to different working locations.
Function selection
Working mode: According to the packaging needs, you can independently select multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealing and bag - making, which reduces the wear of some components and extends the service life of the machine.
Manual/Automatic Mode:1) Automatic two-step operation: Pre-program the technical parameters of the package. Step on the pedal for the first time to ensure that the product is properly placed in the packaging bag and the bag mouth is flat. Step on the pedal for the second time, and the machine will automatically complete the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed.
2) Manual three-step operation: Step on the pedal for the first time to ensure that the product is properly placed in the packaging bag and the bag mouth is flat. Step on the pedal for the second time, and the machine starts to vacuum. After visually confirming that the vacuum of the product meets the requirements, step on the pedal for the third time, and the machine will start to execute the program and automatically complete the entire packaging process.
Double Protection
This machine is equipped with an automatic alarm system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, or use, the system will automatically alarm to avoid secondary damage to components and greatly extend the overall service life of the machine.
