The high-frequency synchronous fusing machine generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field through the electron tube self-excited oscillator. The object to be processed is pressed between the upper and lower motors of the high-frequency electromagnetic field. Its internal molecules are excited and move at high speed, rubbing against each other to generate heat and melt. Under the pressure of the mold, the purpose of welding or embossing is achieved. It is an automatic machine that performs automatic fusing, cutting, and shaping through manual feeding. During operation, the material is manually placed in the position of the working mold. After pressing the start switch, the sliding plate of the bottom working mold automatically slides to the fixed working position. The cylinder of the machine head drives the working mold to descend. Through preheating with a time delay, high-frequency welding, cutting, and shaping, after the shaping is completed, the machine head rises, and the sliding plate of the bottom working mold automatically slides out. The finished product is taken out manually. During production, the time of each part can be freely set, and generally, one operation process takes 3 - 10 seconds. Structural composition:
