1. Introduction to the 100-ton sewage treatment equipment:

   According to the statistics of the China Expressway Network, as of December 2015, the total length of expressways in China reached 125,000 kilometers. There are a large number of expressway service areas along these expressways. The daily washing of service area staff, vehicle repairs, public toilets, etc. will generate a large amount of sewage. If this sewage is directly discharged without treatment, it will pollute the surrounding environment and seriously damage people's living environment. Taking efficient measures to treat this sewage is of great significance for improving the living environment and ecological environment safety around the service areas.

Since expressways are far from cities, the sewage they generate is far from the urban sewage collection network, and separate small-scale treatment facilities are needed to treat the sewage. In the early days, septic tanks were mainly built in expressway service areas to simply treat the sewage. However, the treatment effect of septic tanks is not very ideal. The quality of the treated effluent is unstable and it is easy to cause groundwater pollution. Currently, the biochemical method is more commonly used to treat sewage, and the quality of the effluent is relatively good.


2. Working principle of the 100-ton sewage treatment equipment:

   The working principle is that in the A-level tank, due to the high concentration of organic matter in the sewage, the microorganisms are in an anoxic state. At this time, the microorganisms are facultative microorganisms. They convert and decompose the organic nitrogen in the sewage into NH-N. At the same time, they use the organic matter as an electron donor to convert NO-N and NO-N into N. They also use part of the organic carbon source and NH-N to synthesize new cellular substances. Therefore, the A-level tank not only has a certain function of removing organic matter, reducing the organic load of the subsequent aerobic tank to facilitate the nitrification process, but also relies on the high-concentration organic matter in the raw water to complete the denitrification process, ultimately eliminating the eutrophication pollution of nitrogen. In the O-level tank, although the concentration of organic matter has been significantly reduced, there is still a certain amount of organic matter and a relatively high concentration of NH-N. In order to further oxidize and decompose the organic matter and ensure the smooth progress of the nitrification process when the carbonization process is completed, an aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with a low organic load is set up in the O-level tank. In the O-level tank, there are mainly aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria). Among them, the aerobic microorganisms decompose the organic matter into CO2 and H2O. Autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use the inorganic carbon produced by the decomposition of organic matter or CO2 in the air as a nutrient source to convert NH-N in the sewage into NO-N and NO-N. Part of the effluent from the O-stage tank is refluxed to the A-stage tank to provide an electron acceptor for the A-stage tank, and finally eliminate nitrogen pollution through denitrification.
