I. Working principle of the integrated sewage treatment equipment for laundries, customizable, with up-to-standard effluent:
Air is pumped into a pressure vessel tank and forced to dissolve in water under a pressure of 0.5MP. When suddenly released, it causes intense agitation and eddies, forming micro-bubbles with a diameter of about 20 - 80um, which attach to the flocs in the wastewater, reducing the upward specific gravity of the flocs and allowing the clear water to be completely separated.

II. Categories of the integrated sewage treatment equipment for laundries, customizable, with up-to-standard effluent:

According to the types and properties of suspended solids in the wastewater, the degree of purification of the treated water, and the pressurization method, there are three basic processes as follows.
(1)
Full-flow dissolved air flotation method: In the full-flow dissolved air flotation method, all the wastewater is pressurized by a water pump, and air is injected before or after the pump. In the dissolved air tank, air dissolves in the wastewater, and then the wastewater is sent to the flotation tank through a pressure reducing valve. Many small bubbles are formed in the wastewater and adhere to the emulsified oil or suspended solids in the wastewater and escape to the water surface, forming scum on the water surface. The scum is scraped into the scum trough by a scraper and discharged outside the tank through the scum pipe. The treated wastewater is discharged through the overflow weir and the outlet pipe.
Advantages of the full-flow dissolved air flotation method:
1. The amount of dissolved air is large, increasing the chance of contact between oil particles or suspended particles and bubbles;
2. Under the condition of the same treated water volume, the flotation tank required by this method is smaller than that of the partial reflux dissolved air flotation method, thus reducing the capital investment. However, since all the wastewater passes through the pressure pump, the emulsification degree of the oily wastewater is increased, and the required pressure pump and dissolved air tank are larger than those of the other two processes, so the investment and operating power consumption are relatively large.
(2) Partial dissolved air flotation method: The partial dissolved air flotation method involves pressurizing and dissolving air in part of the wastewater, while the rest of the wastewater directly enters the flotation tank and mixes with the dissolved air wastewater in the flotation tank. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. The pressure pump required is smaller than that of the full-flow dissolved air flotation method, so the power consumption is low;
2. The amount of emulsified oil caused by the pressure pump is lower than that of the full-flow dissolved air flotation method;
3. The size of the flotation tank is the same as that of the full-flow dissolved air flotation method, but smaller than that of the partial reflux dissolved air flotation method.
(3) Partial reflux dissolved air flotation method: The partial reflux dissolved air flotation method involves taking a part of the effluent after oil removal for reflux, pressurizing and dissolving air, and then directly entering the flotation tank after decompression to mix with the oily wastewater from the flocculation tank for flotation. The reflux volume is generally 25% - 100% of the oily wastewater. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. The amount of pressurized water is small, saving power consumption;
2. Emulsification is not promoted during the flotation process;
3. Good flocs are formed, and there is less flocculation in the effluent;
4. The volume of the flotation tank is larger than that of the previous two processes. In order to improve the treatment effect of flotation, coagulants or flotation agents are often added to the wastewater. The dosage varies according to the water quality and is generally determined by experiments.

3. Integrated sewage treatment equipment for laundry: Customizable with up-to-standard effluent. Main structure:
The dissolved air flotation machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. The circular steel structure of the flotation machine is the main body and core of the water treatment machine. Inside, there are a releaser, a distributor, a sludge pipe, an outlet pipe, a sludge tank, a scraper, and a transmission system, etc.
2. Dissolved air system The dissolved air system is mainly composed of a dissolved air tank, a gas storage tank, an air compressor, and a high-pressure pump. The dissolved air tank is the most critical part of the system, and its function is to achieve full contact between water and air and accelerate air dissolution. It is a closed and pressure-resistant steel tank with baffles and partitions inside, which can accelerate the dispersion and mass transfer process of gas and water and improve the dissolved air efficiency.
3. Chemical tank A steel circular tank is used for dissolving and storing chemical solutions. Two of them are dissolving tanks with stirring devices, and the other two are chemical storage tanks, and their volumes are matched according to the treatment capacity.
