I. Overview:
The ZRDYQ sludge dewatering integrated machine is a new type of high - efficiency and continuously operatingsolid - liquid separationequipment. It uses polyester mesh as the filtering medium and can dehydrate various suspensions with a pre - treated moisture content of 99.5 or less into mud cakes through multi - stage pressing (the moisture content after dehydration varies with different materials). This product is a new generation of belt press filter developed by our company, Shandong Zetray Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., based on the latest foreign sludge dewatering technology and on the basis of introducing, digesting and absorbing the models of German KLEIN Company, Austrian Andritz Company and French EMO Company. (The amount of chemicals used in this machine can be reduced by more than 20%).
II. Scope of application
This product is suitable for the dewatering of mixed sludge, digested sludge and excess activated sludge produced by urban sewage; it is also widely used for the dewatering of various types of sludge produced in industries such as gold - making, mining, chemical papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, electroplating, brewing, coal, sugar - making, etc. In particular, it has a better dewatering effect on activated sludge, gold - making sludge, flotation, concentrates and tailings (coal).
III. Working process
After the sludge is fully mixed and reacted with the coagulant, it flows into the feed distributor of the concentration section. The sludge is evenly distributed on the inclined concentration section. Under the bidirectional guiding of the mud rake and the action of gravity, as the filter belt rotates, the free water in the sludge is quickly removed. After gravity dewatering, the concentrated sludge is transported to the gravity dewatering section of the belt filter press through the reversing mechanism for further dewatering. Then it is fed into the "S" - shaped pressing section. In the "S" - shaped pressing section, the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower layers of filter cloth and is repeatedly pressed by several rollers with different calibers, so that the sludge is dewatered again. Finally, the mud cake is scraped off by the scraper, and the upper and lower nets are continuously and automatically cleaned during the operation process.
IV. Technical Features
1. It is mainly used for the treatment of un - concentrated sludge, with the dual functions of concentration and dewatering, saving civil engineering investment. If it is used for dewatering the concentrated sludge, the treatment capacity is significantly higher than that of simple press dewatering, and the dewatering effect is better.
2. Filter belts with different pore sizes are used for the concentration section and the press section respectively, and different linear speeds are adopted, which optimizes the solid - liquid separation time.
3. The filter belt can be washed with filtrate, saving the operating cost.
4. The equipment runs continuously and has stepless speed regulation.
5. The filter belt is automatically corrected (using pneumatic feedback single - side automatic correction), the filter belt is pneumatically tensioned, and the tension is automatically adjusted.
6. It is easy to operate, runs stably, and is convenient to maintain.
