Features of domestic sewage treatment equipment
It can be buried underground. The ground above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes. There is no need to build a house, and no heating or insulation is required. It is fully automatically controlled and does not require personnel management. There is no sludge return, and the operation is simple and the maintenance is convenient. The entire domestic sewage treatment system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system, which operates safely and reliably. Generally, no special personnel are needed for management on a daily basis. Only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment are required. It has low noise, no odor, and a long service life.
Working principle of domestic sewage treatment equipment
Domestic sewage treatment equipment is a modular and efficient sewage biological treatment equipment. It is a sewage biological treatment system with biofilm as the purification main body. It gives full play to the characteristics of biofilm reactors such as anaerobic biofilter and contact oxidation bed, which have large biological density, strong pollution resistance, low power consumption, stable operation and convenient maintenance. This makes the system have a broad application prospect and promotion value.
Process description of domestic sewage treatment equipment
Domestic sewage treatment equipment is mainly used to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is the relatively mature biochemical treatment technology - biological contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are designed and calculated according to the general domestic sewage water quality. The average BOD5 is designed as 200mg/1, and the effluent BOD5 is designed as 20mg/1. It consists of six parts: (1) Primary sedimentation tank (2) Contact oxidation tank (3) Secondary sedimentation tank (4) Disinfection tank and disinfection device (5) Sludge tank (6) Fan room and fan.
Usually, there are two types of materials used for domestic sewage treatment equipment: fiberglass and carbon steel. When purchasing the equipment, you need to ask the supplier about the materials used. When the process and other conditions are the same, the price will vary greatly due to different materials. Agree on the effluent execution standard. Many units do not specify the sewage treatment compliance standard in the contract when purchasing buried sewage treatment equipment. Under the premise of higher environmental protection requirements in the later stage, it may lead to disputes. Because the treatment degree is different, the sewage treatment cost will vary greatly.

Operation steps of domestic sewage treatment equipment
1. Open the inlet valve and outlet valve, start the influent lift pump of the equipment, and transport the sewage in the regulating tank to the domestic sewage treatment equipment;
2. When using and debugging for the first time, stop the influent of the pump when the water level reaches 1/2 of the equipment height. Open the air inlet valve of the fan, start the fan, and slowly open the air outlet valve of the fan. Aerate the contact oxidation tank for 48 hours, then start the influent lift pump to add sewage to 3/4 of the equipment, and then aerate the tank for 24 hours;
3. Touch the filler with your hand to see if it has a sticky feeling, and observe the growth of microorganisms in the water at the same time. Only when a layer of orange-yellow biofilm grows on the filler can the sewage be continuously transported to the equipment, and the water volume should be gradually increased to the designed water volume;
4. Regularly observe the growth of microorganisms in the water. If any abnormality is found, the influent water volume should be controlled and adjusted in time;
5. Observe the flow pattern of the secondary sedimentation tank. The water collection of the effluent weir must be uniform. Generally, the sludge must be discharged once every 24 hours. When discharging the sludge, open the sludge discharge solenoid valve and use the air-lift method to lift the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank to the sludge tank;
6. Add disinfectants (such as chlorine tablets) to the disinfection tank as needed. The water from the secondary sedimentation tank passes through the disinfectant dosing basket, and part of the medicine is dissolved to achieve the purpose of disinfection. After the treated water stays in the clean water tank for about 0.5 hours, it meets the discharge requirements and can be discharged to the external receiving water body;
7. After the debugging of the domestic sewage treatment equipment is completed and it runs normally, the system can enter the automatic operation. Switch the operation of the pump and the fan to the automatic operation state on site. Since the electrical operation control cabinet uses the PLC automatic control program, the program has been compiled before the equipment leaves the factory (usually switch once per shift), and no additional settings are required during operation;
8. The effluent water quality should be tested irregularly according to the environmental protection discharge requirements to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
