Pre-washing Tower, Frp Oxidation Tower, Tail Gas Spray Absorption Tower, Yike Exhaust Gas Purification Equipment
1. The pre - washing tower, FRP oxidation tower, and tail gas spray absorption tower should be installed on a concrete foundation more than 100mm above the ground. The water pump and fan should be installed on separate concrete foundations as required.
2. Pay attention to protection during transportation and installation, and do not damage the body and components.
3. When the FRP absorption tower leaves the factory, our factory will, according to the specific situation, adopt segmented packaging and transportation, and send personnel to the site for installation and commissioning.
4. If the pre - washing tower, FRP oxidation tower, and tail gas spray absorption tower are installed and operated outdoors, pay attention to preventing freezing of the bottom water pool in winter.
5. There is a liquid level mark in the bottom water pool of the FRP chlorine absorption tower. Be sure to inject the absorption liquid according to the liquid level mark before use. Pay attention to replenishing the absorption liquid during use.
6. When using, turn on the circulating water pump for 2 - 3 minutes first, and then turn on the blower. When shutting down, turn off the blower for 1 - 2 minutes first, and then turn off the circulating water pump.
7. The pre - washing tower, FRP oxidation tower, and tail gas spray absorption tower should regularly check the acid concentration of the liquid in the bottom water pool and the purification degree of the gas at the exhaust port according to the usage situation. When it exceeds the standard, replace the absorption liquid in the bottom water pool.
8. The absorption tower should be overhauled once every one and a half to two years. Check the packing situation of the disc - shaped spray pipes and packing, and clean them.
In order to ensure the normal progress of the absorption process, the operating conditions during the absorption operation are also very important. The main conditions include temperature and pressure. Pressure. When the pressure increases, the driving force of the absorption process can be increased, and the volume flow rate of the gas is reduced, which can reduce the diameter of the absorption tower. However, an increase in pressure reduces the selectivity of the absorbent and also increases the cost of the absorption tower. When the pressure decreases, the situation is the opposite. Therefore, in chemical production, from the perspective of process economy, it is necessary to take into account both the absorption and the operating conditions of the entire process and select an appropriate operating pressure.
Selection of absorption temperature. For physical absorption, a lower absorption temperature can increase the solubility of the solute, reduce the amount of solvent used, increase the driving force of the absorption process, and reduce the height of the absorption tower. The disadvantage is that operating below room temperature will increase the operating cost. For chemical absorption, increasing the absorption temperature can speed up the chemical reaction rate. However, the drawback is that it will reduce the driving force of mass transfer. Therefore, based on the above factors affecting the absorption effect, in this graduation project, I choose the operating pressure to be normal pressure and the operating temperature to be 25℃.
Liquid - gas ratio. According to the operating line equation Y = L/V﹙X - X₀﹚+ Y₀, where L/Y is the liquid - gas ratio in the tower, and its value reflects the amount of absorbent used per unit gas treatment volume. Under the premise of the same gas treatment volume V, if the amount of absorbent used increases, it indicates that the driving force of the absorption process increases, which is beneficial to the mass transfer process. However, the content of the solute in the liquid leaving the tower decreases. If the absorbent needs to be recycled, the operating cost will increase due to the large amount of liquid to be treated. If the amount of absorbent used L decreases, the driving force of the absorption operation decreases, but the content of the liquid leaving the tower increases. If the same amount of solute needs to be absorbed per unit time, the absorption equipment also needs to be larger.
