The FRP scrubber uses FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as the main body of the tower, taking advantage of the characteristics of FRP such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, and light weight. This enables the FRP scrubber to have excellent features that traditional scrubbers do not possess. The FRP scrubber can handle impurities in various exhaust gases and waste liquids. At the same time, there are a wide variety of FRP scrubbers, and they are applied in many industries.
The classification of FRP scrubbers is as follows: wet scrubbers and dry adsorption towers. Wet scrubbers are divided into: FRP packed towers, FRP scrubbers, FRP desulfurization towers, FRP cyclone plate towers, FRP bubble cap towers, FRP stripping towers, and FRP absorption towers; dry adsorption towers are divided into: activated carbon adsorption towers and SDG dry acid exhaust gas adsorption towers. The main harmful gases suitable for treatment are: sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), nitrogen oxides (NOx), organic acids, benzene and other exhaust gases. Different methods are used according to different exhaust gases. The dry adsorption method has a good effect for organic exhaust gases, and the wet scrubbing method is used for inorganic acid mists. The combination of wet and dry scrubbing can achieve better results.
FRP exhaust gas treatment towers are mostly used for the treatment of exhaust gases generated in industries such as chemical engineering, chemical preparations, pharmaceuticals, mining, metallurgy, new energy, machinery, and light industry laboratories.
