Anticorrosion Fabrication of the Spray Layer (silicon Carbide Composite Material) of the Frp Absorption Tower in the Desulfurization System
Desulfurization system absorber tower spray layer (silicon carbide composite material) tower body spraying, desulfurization tower spray system. Fiberglass spray pipes can also be called liquid distributors. It consists of spray pipes and nozzles. The liquid is evenly distributed to each nozzle through the distribution function of the spray pipes and then sprayed out by the nozzles, fully contacting with the counter-flow flue gas. SO2 polluting gases are absorbed here.
Tower body spraying, desulfurization tower spray system, fiberglass spray pipes are made through manual laying process or other processes with practical experience. There is a wear-resistant lining with a thickness of at least 2.5mm inside the pipe, and the outside is 4mm (the outer surface of the top layer is 2.5mm). The FRP material used should ensure normal operation below 80 degrees and can withstand operation at 90 degrees for a short time of 30 minutes.
The function of the pipe network in the spray layer (tower body spraying, desulfurization tower spray system, fiberglass spray pipes) is to spray the slurry in the form of mist through the nozzles distributed on the spray pipes to absorb SO2 in the flue gas. Both the inside and outside of the pipe are required to be wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The inside of the pipe is also required to be resistant to slurry corrosion, and the pipe surface is required to be resistant to slurry scouring. In its design, the layout of the nozzles should be considered first, and it should ensure that the slurry sprayed in the tower is evenly distributed to avoid uneven density. The number of nozzles is determined by the slurry volume required by the liquid/gas ratio. To ensure full contact between the slurry and the flue gas, the spray pipes are generally divided into 3 - 4 layers (very few factories use 2 layers, but they use cone-tail single-direction nozzles). The spacing between the spray layers is usually 1m - 2m, generally calculated as 1.5 - 1.7m.
