High-temperature resistant spray tower, FRP spray scrubber
It is advisable to install it on a concrete foundation. The water pump and fan should be installed on separate concrete foundations as required. The FRP purification tower uses a packed tower to purify exhaust gas, which is suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas emissions. Pay attention to protection during transportation and installation, and do not damage the body and components. For those installed and operating outdoors, pay attention to preventing the bottom water pool from freezing in winter. When using, turn on the circulating water pump for 2 - 3 minutes first, and then start the blower. When shutting down, stop the blower for 1 - 2 minutes first, and then stop the circulating water pump. The acid depth of the liquid in the bottom water pool and the purification degree of the gas at the exhaust port should be regularly checked according to the usage. When it exceeds the standard, replace the absorption liquid in the bottom water pool.
The FRP spray scrubber - FRP absorption tower - manufactured by our factory has its corrosion-resistant layer, reinforcement layer, and anti-aging layer all made of corrosion-resistant FRP using special processes and special materials. According to the working environment of each part of the exhaust gas absorption tower - FRP spray tower - equipment, we have respectively selected resins with good acid and alkali resistance and high structural strength as the base material to make each FRP part. The outer surface of the tower body uses gel coat resin with good waterproof and anti-aging properties, so that the sulfuric acid mist absorption tower - FRP absorption tower - can always keep a bright color; the structure and corrosion-resistant layer can be used for a long time. In the design of the FRP shell, we have considered the following comprehensive factors: Compared with other FRP products, the working environment of the FRP sulfuric acid mist absorption tower - FRP absorption tower - is quite harsh. It works under long-term acid and alkaline corrosion, and has to bear the pressure of the tower body itself and the solution pressure, as well as a certain wind pressure (positive or negative pressure - about 1500Pa) during operation. Therefore, all FRP production is required to have good corrosion resistance and maintain high tensile and compressive strength. After considering factors such as the strength reduction coefficient under strong corrosion and the discreteness of the hand lay-up molding process, according to the characteristics of our tower structure and usage environment, under the worst working environment conditions, the entire FRP part still maintains a sufficient reserve strength.
