The FRP washing tower is the main environmental protection equipment of the production line. The main function of the tower is as follows: The gases containing impurities such as dust, arsenic, selenium, fluorine, sulfur dioxide, and carbon dioxide enter the tower from the bottom, pass through the packing layer, and are discharged from the top of the tower. The washing liquid is sprayed through the nozzles at the top of the tower, enabling full contact between the gas and liquid in the packing layer to remove impurities and purify the gas.
Since the working medium is highly corrosive, ordinary packing and FRP made by general processes cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, the FRP washing tower manufactured by our factory has its corrosion-resistant layer, reinforcement layer, and anti-aging layer made of corrosion-resistant FRP using special processes and special materials. The tower is in the form of circular segments and assembled in pieces, and is divided into the upper tower body, middle tower body, lower tower body, and annular pipe spraying device. The packing is selected as Pall ring packing, which has good new gas-liquid contact on the surface and has a good use effect.
