TP1650FZ Fully Automatic Pallet Wrapping MachineIt doesn't require manual film tying. After the wrapping is finished, the machine can automatically complete the processes of film cutting and film smoothing. It is a packaging equipment with a higher degree of automation than automatic wrapping machines. The wrapping machine can automatically complete the set functions, automatically sense the height of the goods and has a photoelectric shielding function. The turntable can automatically reset, and the automatic film up-and-down mechanism allows the same roll of film to be used. You only need to place the goods and start the machine without tying the film, which not only saves time but also labor, greatly improving work efficiency.
· Lifting column: Double-chain structure, and the lifting speed can be adjusted respectively by frequency conversion
· Film rack system: T1650FZ fully automatic wrapping machine pre-stretch film rack, with a pre-stretch of up to 300%, automatic film feeding, and DC speed control system
· Control system: PLC programmable control, automatically complete the set functions of the machine, automatically sense the height of the goods and have a photoelectric shielding function, and the turntable automatically resets; it has a manual enhanced wrapping function, and you can set the number of top/bottom wrapping turns, up-and-down times, enhanced turns, and over-top time; it comes with a remote control device, which makes this wrapping machine easy to operate and improves efficiency
