Install and clean the journal and bearing seat, align the two halves of the joint, and tighten the splicing bolts diagonally and evenly; Add extreme pressure heavy-duty grease and fill two-thirds of the cavity; Regularly perform routine grease replacement inspections, and promptly check the pre tightening force and sealing status of bolts in case of temperature rise, abnormal noise, and vibration.
