3、 Basic performance
Material: High carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, high quenching hardness, wear-resistant and fatigue resistant

Applicable speed: Dedicated for low-speed heavy load, not suitable for high-speed working conditions
Temperature resistance range: -30 ℃ to 180 ℃
Features: Capable of micro centering and compatible with minor misalignment of shaft systems during installation
4、 Core structural advantages
02 Wide Series Large Load Capacity
The cross-section is wide and thick, with multiple roller arrangements and a large load-bearing area. Compared to 01EB170M, it has significantly stronger load-bearing capacity and is suitable for heavy-duty support of medium and large equipment.
Fully split non removable shaft
No need to disassemble the main shaft, move the coupling or gears, simply open and close on the shaft, saving time and effort in maintenance, and greatly reducing equipment downtime losses.
E-type enhanced upgrade
Compared to the ordinary 02B170M, the raceway and roller structure are reinforced, resistant to impact and wear, and have a longer overall service life.
Brass solid holder
Rigid enough, high temperature resistant, anti extrusion, long-term continuous heavy-duty operation without deformation or cracking, suitable for continuous mining and metallurgical operations.
Can be equipped with sealed protection
Optional labyrinth seals and skeleton oil seals are available, which are dustproof, waterproof, and prevent impurities from entering. They are suitable for harsh environments with dust and humidity.

6、 Key points for installation and maintenance
Clean the mating surface between the journal and the bearing seat, align the two halves of the bearing seam, and tighten the splicing bolts diagonally and evenly; Add extreme pressure heavy-duty grease and fill two-thirds of the cavity; Daily regular grease replacement inspections, if there is a high temperature rise, abnormal noise, or abnormal vibration, promptly check the bolt pre tightening force and sealing status.
