02 Wide Series Large Load Capacity
The cross-section is wider and wider, with more rollers and a larger load-bearing area. Compared to the 01EB model with the same inner diameter, it has stronger load-bearing capacity and is suitable for heavy load support of large and medium-sized heavy industry equipment.
Full section detachable shaft replacement
No need to disassemble the main shaft, move the coupling and gears, directly open and close on the shaft for fast maintenance, labor-saving, and significantly reducing downtime losses.
E-type enhanced upgrade
Compared to the ordinary 02B230M, the raceway and roller structure are reinforced, resistant to impact and wear, and the overall service life is significantly improved.
Brass solid holder
Rigid enough, heat-resistant, and resistant to compression, it is not easy to deform or break during long-term continuous heavy load operation, suitable for all-weather continuous operation in mining and metallurgy.
Can be equipped with sealing protection
Optional labyrinth seals and skeleton oil seals are available, which are dustproof, waterproof, and prevent impurities from entering. They are suitable for harsh environments such as mines, cement plants, and ports.

6、 Key points for installation and maintenance
Clean the mating surface between the journal and the bearing seat, align the two halves of the bearing seam, and tighten the splicing bolts diagonally and evenly; Add extreme pressure heavy-duty grease and fill two-thirds of the cavity; Daily regular grease replacement inspections, in case of high temperature rise, abnormal noise, or abnormal vibration, promptly check the bolt pre tightening force and sealing status.
