4、 Core structural advantages
Compared to the same inner diameter of 01EB150M, the 02 wide series has a wider overall width and more roller arrangements, with a significantly higher radial bearing capacity, making it suitable for ultra heavy load conditions.
The fully split shaft does not require disassembling the main shaft, moving gears and couplings, and can be directly disassembled and assembled on the shaft, with fast maintenance and short downtime.
The E-type has been strengthened and upgraded with thicker and longer rollers, optimized raceway working surface, and stronger impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and service life than the ordinary 02B model.
Brass solid retainers have good rigidity, are not easily deformed, and are resistant to high temperatures and high-speed centrifugal forces, making them suitable for long-term continuous operation in mines and heavy industries.
Adjustable center and sealable allow for slight misalignment of the shaft system during installation; Can be equipped with labyrinth seals and skeleton oil seals to prevent dust, water, and impurities from entering.

6、 Key points for installation and maintenance
Clean the mating surface between the journal and the bearing seat, align the joint between the two halves of the bearing, and tighten the bolts diagonally and evenly; Add extreme pressure heavy-duty grease and fill two-thirds of the cavity. Daily regular grease replacement inspections, if there is a high temperature rise, abnormal noise, or excessive vibration, promptly check the bolt pre tightening force and sealing status.
