TCK6340 Slant Bed CNC Lathe
Overview
TCK6340 is a high-rigidity 45° slant bed CNC lathe, designed for high-precision turning, facing, grooving, threading and boring processing of shaft and disc parts. With integral cast iron bed, high-performance spindle, linear guideway and reliable servo drive system, it features stable precision, strong heavy cutting capacity and high working efficiency, widely used in batch production of mechanical parts, auto parts, hydraulic components and hardware industry.

1. High-Rigidity Integral Slant Bed
Adopts high-strength cast iron one-piece casting with strict stress relief treatment.45° inclined bed design optimizes force distribution and chip removal effect.Reasonably arranged inner rib structure effectively reduces cutting vibration and deformation.Wide guideway span improves overall rigidity, suitable for heavy roughing and precision finishing.
2. High-Precision Spindle System
