HDPE Spiral Pipe Machine
We supply HDPE spiral pipes machine to produce the HDPE/PP structure wall pipe and fittings, manhole from DN/ID300mm to DN/ID 4500mm. The HDPE spiral pipe are widely used for drainage, storm drain, sewer piping lines and chemical storage tanks as well as low-pressure applications like irrigation systems,etc.
The advantage of Krah helical extrusion technology is that production is very flexible that one HDPE spiral machine can produce the HDPE structure wall pipe from DN300 to DN4500. During the production, it is very fast to change one model(diameter) to another size within short time. It can produce the HDPE spiral pipe with different type of wall and ring stiffness classes from SN2 to SN16.

PR profile achieve high stiffness with low weight. This is the most common profile for sewer and water drainage applications. |
OP profile can achieve greater stiffness with a comparatively low weight for sewer and drainage application. |
One more Water way layer on top of CPR profile, can achieve higher stiffness and lower weight for sewer and drainage application. |

Solid pipe with a smooth inner and outer surface. These pipes can be produced with a wall thickness of 5mm to 250mm for pressure pipe and storage tank. |
This profile option has a smooth inner and outer surface, including internal profile to one layer mainly for fittings, manhole, double wall tank, etc. |
Another one or several SQ1 profile layers ensure the very high ring stiffness for large diameter and special application. |
Main feature:
• Pipe diameters: DN/ID 300 mm up to DN/ID 4500 mm
• Pipes length: 6 m, with integrated socket and spigot or according to customer’s requirement.
• Material: High density Polyethylene, Polypropylene (PP-HM, PP-B, PP-H)
• Output: 700-1500kg/h, according to EN13476 all stiffness classes upto SN16
• Application: Drainage systems, Sewage systems, Industrial pipes, Relining, Outfall pipes, chemical tank
