We supply Krah profiled pipe production machine to produce the HDPE spiral pipe and fittings, HDPE spiral manhole from DN/ID300mm to DN/ID 4500mm. The big advantage of HDPE Krah profile pipe production machine is that production is very flexible. One machine can produce the pipe from DN300 to DN4500 , the production changing time is very short with variety of wall structure. The pipe length can be from 1 meter to 9 meters according to requirement with any international standards.
The main applications for the HDPE spiral wound pipe products are low pressure or non -pressure applications like for sewer, drainage, storm water, sea outfall/intake marine pipe, rain water retention tank, irrigation systems and or even chemical storage tanks. The software of PIPEFINDER can help to produce the pipes, fittings, and manholes according to standard and project requirements.
Main Feature of HDPE Krah Profiled Pipe Production Line
· Pipe diameters: DN/ID 300 mm up to DN/ID 4500 mm
· Pipes length: 6 to 10 meters, with integrated socket and spigot
. Pipe ring stiffness: SN1 to SN32 or above, according to ISO9969
· Output: 700-1400kg/h (HDPE, PP-HM, PP-B, PP-H)
· Pipe Application: Drainage Pipe systems, Sewage pipe systems, Industrial pipes, Relining, Outfall pipes, chemical storage tank, structured wall marine pipe, manhole, etc.

| The extrusion system consists high efficiency extruders, computer control system, dual color inner wall die and outer coating layer die, melt distribution valve, pressing and guiding unit, co-tube feeding unit, gas heating system and infrared heating system | |

Movable Winding System This system can move the mandrel forward and revert driven by servo motor under control program. The mandrel rotation speed is driven by servo motor and controlled by control program synchronized with extrusion system. |

Automatic Socket and Spigot Milling system The pipe will be cooled on the cooling station along with mandrel. After cooling, the pipe socket and spigot will be milled to confirm the standard for electrical fusion welding connection or rubber connection. The milling process is fully automatic controlled with PLC and servo motor. |

Automatic Dismantle System The pipe will be dismantled from the mandrel after mandrel collapse. The action of front support, middle support, trolley and stacking arm is fully automatic. |

Pipe Finishing System The pipe will be transferred to this station after dismantling. Electrical fusion wire installation and milling edge will be cut on this station. The final pipe will be weight and marked. |

High speed PP corrugated pipe extrusion line This machine is to produce the co tube for spiral wound pipe as the forming support. It is equipped high speed corrugator with vacuum forming and water cooling. Pipe diameter is from OD21mm to OD130mm. Speed is up to 15m/min. |

Welding Wire Forming Machine This machine is produce the welding wire for HDPE spiral wound pipe as the electrical fusion connection.
