The HDPE spiral corrugated pipes machine is capabale to produce the HDPE/PP structure wall spiral corrugated pipe and fittings from DN/ID300mm to DN/ID 4500mm. The  HDPE spiral corrugated pipe is mainly for  drainage, storm drain, marine pipe, sewer pipeline, rain water retention tank and chemical storage tanks as well as low-pressure applications like irrigation systems,etc.

The advantage of Krah helical extrusion technology is that production is very flexible . One HDPE spiral corrugated pipe machine can produce the HDPE spiral corrugated pipe from DN300 to DN4500.  Within shortime, one size can be changed to another size during production. Variety type of wall structure and ring stiffness pipe can be produced. The pipe connection can be Electrial fusion and rubber.

Solid pipe with   a smooth inner and outer   surface. These pipes can be produced with   a wall thickness of 5mm to 250mm for pressure pipe and storage tank.

This profile option has a smooth inner and outer surface, including   internal profile to one layer mainly for fittings,   manhole, double wall   tank, etc.

Another one or several SQ1 profile layers ensure the very high ring stiffness   for large diameter and special application.
