III. Structure and Core Features
Fully split design: All components are split in half, allowing for installation and replacement without dismantling the shaft or moving the equipment. This increases maintenance efficiency by over 80%, and is suitable for narrow spaces and large shaft systems that are difficult to dismantle.
Heavy-load reinforcement: Radial heavy-load capacity + bidirectional axial positioning (GR fixed end) / axial float (EX floating end); the radial load capacity is approximately 25% higher than that of the 01B series of the same size, suitable for heavy-load impact conditions.
Material and heat resistance: The bearing steel GCr15 is quenched, with a working temperature up to 180℃; the brass cage is impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and has good high-temperature stability.
Centering tolerance: Allow ±0.5° static centering error, accommodating frame deformation and installation deviation.

When using a dedicated split bearing housing, we recommend the SKF Cooper or the domestic WLFZ series.
