1. General Introduction

The GMC1611 is a heavy-duty, high-precision double-column CNC gantry machining center engineered for large-scale, heavy-cutting, and high-accuracy applications. It integrates a robust cast iron structure, high-rigidity linear guideways, and a powerful spindle, delivering exceptional stability, load capacity, and machining precision for large molds, aerospace components, and heavy mechanical parts.

  • Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Frame: The bed, columns, crossbeam, and headstock adopt high-quality HT300 gray iron with an optimized reinforced rib design. Resin sand casting and multiple stress relief treatments ensure minimal deformation and superior vibration damping under heavy loads.

  • Double-Column & Crossbeam Design: The fixed double-column and moving crossbeam structure provides high rigidity and stability, effectively suppressing vibration during heavy cutting and ensuring long-term accuracy retention.
