HMC800 Horizontal Machining Center – Full English Description

Overview

The HMC800 is a heavy-duty, high-precision 3-axis CNC horizontal machining center with inverted T-type integral cast iron structure. It is specially designed for multi-sided machining, box-type parts, shell parts, mold components and batch production in automotive, engineering machinery and aerospace industries. With rigid body design, high-torque spindle and precise rotary worktable, it realizes one-clamp multi-surface processing, greatly improving production efficiency and machining accuracy.

1. Machine Structural Features

  • Adopts high-grade HT300 stress-relieved cast iron for bed, column, crossbeam and spindle head, high rigidity, anti-vibration and non-deformation for long-term use.

  • Inverted T layout, overall force structure is reasonable, effectively resisting cutting vibration and thermal deformation.

  • X/Y/Z three axes adopt heavy-duty roller linear guide ways, featuring large load capacity, fast moving speed and good wear resistance.

  • High-precision C3 grade pre-tensioned ball screw, stable transmission, ensuring long-term positioning accuracy.

  • Equipped with precision 800mm rotary B-axis worktable, supporting 360° indexing and continuous rotation for multi-angle complex machining.
